"Hansdev Mandal:" Dedicated to empowering women through education and skill development programs aimed at generating self-employment opportunities for widowed, handicapped, and economically disadvantaged women. This initiative is open to the general public.

"Hansdev Nursery and KG School:" Providing quality education for young children in the community.

"Local Religious Temple (Haveli):" Built and managed by the founders, this temple serves the spiritual needs of the community.

"Pushpam Welfare Trust:" Established to address the educational and medical needs of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

"Hansdev Clinic:" In collaboration with the Lions Club of Sihor, this clinic offers primary healthcare services to the general public at no cost or at reduced rates. It also organises medical camps for diagnosis, treatment, and health awareness.

"MARJI Gymnasium & Music School:" Founded by Goran's founders, this facility promotes health, sports, and music for the public.

"Play House / Garden:" This facility, managed by the government and local municipality, was constructed and funded by Goran's founders for the enjoyment of the general public.
